SUMMERFEST 2017

It's that time again! We are deep into the planning stage for Summerfest, the most fun of the summer season! Summerfest is also our big fundraiser for the WBCA and helps pay for maintenance on our community park, the crown jewel of the neighborhood.

First, mark your calendars for Saturday, August 12! The fun begins with our annual Promenade which begins on 201st and moves down Soundview Dr., up 188th St. and then down 94th Dr. to the park where Summerfest kicks into gear at 11:00 a.m and the fun continues until 3:00 p.m. that day!

Second, we are looking for donations of gently used items (no clothing please) for Junquefest, our upscale yard sale at Summerfest. If you have items to donate please contact Dave Ridgeway at 360-652-8701 or d.ridgeway@wavecable.com or Gordon Riggs at 260-440-5438.

Third, we're asking for donations of items or experiences for Silent Auction, the biggest money-maker of Summerfest. You could donate a theme-basket, gift certificates, antiques, or other items of value. If you have anything to donate or have questions, please contact Katie Shrock at 818-590-1876 or katieshrock@gmail.com.  You can also download the 2017 Silent Auction Donation form to the right, complete it and return to Katie via email.

See you at SUMMERFEST!

Warm Beach Free Library and Warm Beach Museum Grand Opening!

Join us on Saturday, July 2 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the official openings of our new WB Free Library and the WB Museum. Both are located on WBCA member Penny Buse's beachfront property at 19014 Soundview Dr. NW.

The result of the combined efforts of Cindy Ridgeway, Tim Teague, John Cross, John Bushaw, Penny Buse and Anna Porter the library is now open for business; bring a book to share and feel free to take a book.

The private museum is the culmination of years of collecting and recording of Warm Beach history by Penny and her late husband, Mike. It is only open by appointment so this is your chance to step back in time at Warm Beach! The WBCA will be sponsoring a hot dog BBQ on site so come join us for some good old fashioned fun! And bring your friends and families!

Questions? Call Anna at 425-753-0385.
